We deliver direct to your home or office.

  • If no one is at home, we will leave your food order at your local Australia Post Office or Depot for pick up when you are ready.
  • A calling card will be placed in your mail box with details on where and when you can pick up your order.

We use Australia Post Regular Parcel Shipping.

  • This service is available to all customers and is an economical domestic delivery service.
  • Orders will take up to 3 -5 days business days for metropolitan areas and up to 7 days for regional areas. Sorry, Australia Post does not deliver on weekends.
  • Delivery days and times are at the discretion of Australia Post.
  • We reserve the right to alter the delivery method if we feel that your order is better suited to another method and is dependent on the goods ordered on a case by case basis.
  • We currently do not ship outside of Australia.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart using your postcode, size and weight of your products within the parcel. You will know your exact delivery cost for your order prior to completing your order. Delivery times will also be provided when shipping totals are calculated but Australian Post.

  • We will organise the replacement of the damaged product(s) and deliver them to you at no extra cost.
